People should, and need, to know what real customer service looks like.  You just don't see it any more. Anywhere, gas stations, big chain stores, restaurants, and many service oriented businesses. It takes effort, to be polite and really help the public. It is not just have a nice day, a smile, a person counting change back to you. It takes service to get and to keep customers. To provide the service as your company does (over the Internet! Of all places) (The most impersonal purchasing medium out there!) is very rare.   To me it's the most important thing any business can do, and should have.  To tell you the truth, it is not always the price of things that matter.
