The Empire is the largest and most powerful of the lands of men in the Old World, or so we are told.  My name is Riley A. I. Smith and I have personally collected, assembled, painted and went to war with the Empire, and I'm going to give you my honest opinion on how best to collect and Empire Army, and of course, why you should collect one in the first place!
